Consent to personal data processing

By selecting the separate checkbox below the contact form and pressing “Send”, the visitor freely and knowingly consents to Alexey Polikarpov processing their personal data.

1. Data and purpose

The consent covers the visitor’s name, email address, message, form language, consent date and time, and a hash of the IP address. The purpose is to receive the request, prevent abuse, reply and continue the resulting correspondence.

2. Operations

The controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer data to contracted hosting and email providers, restrict and delete it. Processing is automated and may use internal networks and the Internet. Data is not published, sold or used for marketing messages. Form contents are not sent to Yandex Metrica.

3. Term and withdrawal

The consent lasts until the correspondence ends and for one further year, or until withdrawal, whichever comes first. Processing may continue only where the law requires it or another legal ground applies.

To withdraw consent or request correction, restriction or deletion, contact Telegram @asp_public. Include the email used in the form, the request date and what you want changed. Identity verification may be required.

4. Refusal

Without consent, the form cannot be submitted because the controller cannot receive your contact details or reply. You can use Telegram instead, subject to that service’s own terms.
