Cookies are small records stored by a website or a connected service in your browser. localStorage serves a similar purpose. ASP DEV separates necessary storage from analytics.

1. Necessary storage

The aspdev.analytics-consent.v1 localStorage key records whether you allowed analytics, the decision and expiry dates, and the policy version. It prevents the site from asking on every page. It lasts for up to 12 months or until you clear this site’s browser data.

2. Yandex Metrica

If a tag is configured and you select “Allow analytics”, the browser loads Yandex Metrica. The service may use cookies and localStorage to distinguish visitors and sessions, count views and link clicks, and determine device details and approximate region.

Yandex maintains the current list and lifetime of these records in its Metrica cookie documentation. ASP DEV disables Session Replay and does not send form contents as Metrica parameters.

3. Your choice

The analytics code does not load before consent. You can refuse it or change your choice later. Revoking consent stops new events from this site; data already received by Yandex remains subject to its rules and retention periods.

You can also clear cookies and localStorage in your browser. If analytics is connected, the site will ask again on your next visit.

4. Other technologies

ASP DEV does not use advertising cookies. Before a new analytics or advertising service is enabled, this policy will be updated and any service requiring consent will remain blocked until the visitor makes a choice.
